I got exactly what I paid for with the rooms, possibly even less, as they smelled so strongly of sewage we had to keep the windows open all the time in December. The service was friendly and the staff were polite, helping with directions and information. The location was convenient with a bus stop right outside, although the area is not very nice. The dining experience was fairly decent with a variety of dishes to choose from. Facilities were acceptable but not exceptional.
